be advised that Mr. Henry Garcia, owner of Porcelain &
Fiberglass Maintenance, has done many repair jobs on cast
iron and fiberglass fixtures for me. In every case, he and
his company have done an outstanding job, and to my knowledge
we have never had a need for additional work done.
Mr.
Garcia has been very quick to respond to any and all of our
requests.

for American Standards products. They not only repair fiberglass
but have the capability and expertise in repairing defective
and damaged cast iron, enamel steel and vitreous china plumbing
fixtures.
Their
overall service and follow through has been excellent as well
as their track record on repairs.

has been 12 years since you finished the refinishing and repair
of the bathtubs in the former University Hilton Hotel. I would
like to take this opportunity to again commend you, and your crew
for the magnificent job and effort you have put forth on this
project.

workmanship on the refinishing of the Bathtubs for every room
of our hotel. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility
during our peak periods and your willingness to adjust and work
your schedule to accommodate our needs is most commendable.
Because
of our successful business relationship established in the past,
we are once again calling upon your personalized service to provide
for the restoration of the porcelain and fiberglass bathtubs of
the hotel. Since we've changed the name from University Hilton
to the Radisson Hotel Midtown, there is a necessity to project
a new image of our hotel, and this includes an upgrade of all
of our 250 Bathtubs.
The

This
is a letter to state that Porcelain and Fiberglass Maintenance
of North Hollywood, California has been a very competent contractor
for our hotel, the Regent Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills,
California. Being a historical landmark, we at the Regent Beverly
Wilshire take tremendous pride in the maintenance of our buildings.
We
set very high standards for ourselves and we expect the same
from our vendors, Porcelain and Fiberglass Maintenance has lived
up to our expectations, not only on their service but also by
the products they offer. Through the years I have tried several
products on our marble and with great expense, the products
we have tried from Porcelain & Fiberglass Maintenance are the
best I have ever seen or used. We had spots, water marks, cracks,
etc. On the marble that has been refinished by Porcelain & Fiberglass
Maintenance, we now have no spots, no water marks, and the cracks
we had are not visible. The finishes on all of our marble were
done by them as long as a year ago and they look as if they
were done a week ago.
The
work done on my cracked sinks and tubs are of the best quality.
Other companies can not compare with the quality of work that
Porcelain & Fiberglass Maintenance provides. I do not hesitate
