March 18th, 2014 by Bathtub Refinishers

bathtubMaintaining the quality of your bathroom has plenty of benefits, whether or not you are choosing to simply improve its appearance or if you are aiming to sell your home.

If you are looking to sell your house, your bathroom is one of the most important rooms to review and to expand in a creative manner. A bathroom can take a lot of effort to refurnish and can get quite expensive, but it doesn’t have to be an impossible task. With the help of a bathtub reglazing company like Porcelain & Fiberglass Maintenance, you can quickly eliminate the need to replace your bathtubs, sinks, vanity tops and tile surrounds if they are looking a little rough around the edges. If you’re tired of scrubbing your bathroom relentlessly without finding any results, then reglazing is a great option for you.

Refinishing your bathtubs, sinks, vanity tops and tile surrounds can make them look like new at a fraction of the cost of replacement. The process of refinishing involves the application of a durable and resilient hi-tech finish, leaving it shiny and smooth.

Your bathroom is a place to seek cleanliness, and if it doesn’t look pristine, it can become a major turnoff to potential buyers.

When renovating your bathroom, purchasing a new bathtub isn’t a requirement. By simply consulting a bathtub reglazing expert like Porcelain & Fiberglass Maintenance, your tub will have a fresher look and feel.

Aside from refinishing, consider modernizing your bathroom. By adding a popular modern color, you can add instant aesthetic appeal. Make sure to complement your bathroom with coordinating accessories so that it will look complete. Not only will you improve its appearance, but you will simultaneously show that you have put a good amount of effort into maintaining your bathroom, which potential home buyers are looking for.

Ever since I moved into my home, I’ve been wanting to get the bathtub resurfaced for some time now. You are very right that by doing this, they can look almost like new at a fraction of the price. I do like how you mentioned that it’s always a good idea to do this if you are planning on selling your home. No one wants to walk in on a bathroom that isn’t clean looking.

We are starting to plan for our bathroom renovation, and we are struggling with the bathtub. I had no idea that you don’t need to buy a new tub in order to make it look clean. I always assumed that you had to purchase a new tub in order to get the best look for your house. I will have to remember that. Thanks

Bathtub Refinishing seems to be the way to go nowadays. The cost to remove and replace a tub is prohibitive, especially the headache of additional construction!
